1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment location in the United Kingdom. Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays), from the time we receive your order and confirm payment.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 1 PM GMT (or on weekends/holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include transit time.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
2. Shipping Destinations, Methods & Costs
We primarily ship within the United Kingdom (Mainland UK) and offer international shipping to select countries.
a) Domestic Shipping (UK Mainland):
- Standard Shipping: £3.95. Delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: £6.95. Delivery within 1-2 business days after processing. Orders must be placed before 1 PM GMT for same-day dispatch.
b) International Shipping:
We ship to a number of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary significantly depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight/dimensions of your order.
- Estimated International Delivery Times:
- Europe: 5-10 business days.
- North America: 7-15 business days.
- Australia/Asia: 10-20 business days.
Important: We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Delays in customs clearance are beyond our control.
3. Tracking Your Order

4. Delivery

- It is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. Some carriers may require a signature. If no one is available, they may leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
- You are responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the address you provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
5. Order Issues (Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments)
- Delayed Shipments: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the maximum estimated timeframe), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
- Lost Shipments: If the tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, you must notify us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. For orders without tracking that are reported as not received, we will initiate an investigation, but the responsibility and timeframe for resolution lie primarily with the postal service.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: Inspect your package upon delivery.
